The association “Mondo Africa” has as part of its general objectives the promotion of gender equality in education and the improvement of access to education for all children in Guinea. We are committed to ensuring that young girls have the same educational opportunities as young boys, fighting stereotypes and cultural barriers that hinder their access to school. To do this, we are dedicated to building schools and training centers, facilitating access to quality education, regardless of the sex of the children.
Our specific objectives are to ensure the professional integration of young girls after adequate training, thus contributing to a more balanced and fair Guinean society. We seek to establish strategic partnerships with organizations and companies willing to welcome our apprentices at the end of their training for internships and, subsequently, for jobs based on their performance. These partnerships are essential to ensure a smooth transition from training to employment, allowing young girls to integrate fully and effectively into the professional world.
